橡胶接头的成品组成是由橡胶球体和配对法兰组成，而球体可以单独挑选配对法兰，现如今因为该行业已经普遍的技术升级，所制作出的产品最低程度就可以承受PN1.6MPa的工作压力，也就这个压力等级的使用率最高最常用，那么法兰的选用也是关键，以制作工艺来讲分为：铸造法兰、精铸法兰、钢板法兰、锻打法兰等，几个档次铸造法兰的制作成本低用途十分广泛，但缺点就是外观不精致、有沙眼，抗压能力差，精铸稍好一点。钢板法兰式只对成品钢板进行切割然后卷制成型、接口焊实，最后车床加工，该材质制作出的法兰成品无论是从外观还是抗压能力都比铸造要好很多，缺点是性价比不高，因为和锻打法兰的价位差距甚小，而且其抗压能力又不及锻打出色，所以橡胶接头所使用的配对法兰以上四个档次中，最差的和最好的是客户主流采购品种。
